Houses and apartments in every county in Kenya, from Nairobi and Mombasa to Lodwar and Lamu. Owners publish free. Agents pay, and are labelled. Nobody sits in the middle taking a cut of your rent.
One database, three doors. Which one you want depends on whether you are looking for a home, putting one up, or checking what other people put up.
Search, filter, compare and cost out a home. Sign in with your phone number — that is the whole account.
Put a home up, add photos, watch it through review, and mark it taken when someone signs.
The queue every new listing lands in, the ID documents waiting to be checked, and the reports seekers file.
The same four steps whether you own one flat or manage two hundred.
A six digit code. No password to forget, no profile to fill in.
Price, features, description, up to eight photos taken on the phone in your hand.
It sits in the queue, invisible, until a person approves it. That rule lives in the database.
Your number is not in the public listing data. A seeker asks for it one home at a time.
Owners never pay. Agents do, and the tag on their listings says so — that is the whole difference between the two account types.

Agency Plus runs KES 15,000 a month for 200 listings. Plans are paid by M-Pesa and run 30 days from the payment — nothing auto-renews, because an STK push is a one-time prompt, not a stored card. Boosting a single listing costs KES 499 for a week or KES 1,500 for a month, and a boosted listing is always labelled Featured — never confused with the verified badge.
Worth saying plainly, because most listing sites do the opposite.
Owner phone numbers are not in the public listing data at all. A seeker presses a button for one number, for one home, and that request is counted. Scraping every landlord's number means asking two hundred times and being seen doing it.
No analytics, no third-party scripts, no cookie banner to dismiss. Your saved homes, private notes and comparisons stay in your own browser and are never sent anywhere.
The "ID checked" badge comes from a moderator looking at a document by hand. An account cannot give itself that badge, an agent plan, or a bigger listing limit — the database refuses.
The cost calculator uses the reducing-balance formula, stamp duty at 4% inside a municipality and 2% outside, and today's typical bank terms. Rates and county charges move. Every figure is an estimate.
